Kristen Doute Issues Scathing Reaction to Fellow 'Vanderpump Rules' Star James Kennedy's Arrest

Kristen Doute has shared her thoughts about the latest Vanderpump Rules news.

TMZ reported on Thursday that James Kennedy, former Vanderpump Rules star, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. While details regarding the arrest are still emerging, Doute, who dated Kennedy from 2014 and 2015, took to her Instagram Story with a scathing reaction to the news.

Sharing a post from a Bravo fan page of the TMZ headline, Doute simply used one word when referring to the arrest. She wrote, "FINALLY." Doute and Kennedy's tumultuous relationship was documented on Vanderpump Rules over the years, as Doute dated Kennedy after her messy breakup with Tom Sandoval.

As Parade reported, law enforcement in Burbank, Calif., was dispatched after "receiving a call about an argument between him and a woman" at a home in the area on Tuesday evening.

At one point, Kennedy allegedly grabbed the woman, according to the witness. It is unclear whether or not his long-term girlfriend, Ally Lewber, is the victim in this case.

Both Kennedy and Lewber were in attendance at Kathy Hilton's holiday party that evening. People reported that Kennedy was acting erratic throughout the evening.

A source told the outlet, "He was acting so erratic, running back and forth to the bar and body-checking people along the way. He appeared inebriated. Spent the evening mostly alone but when he did speak to people, he appeared irritated and rude."

Parade's previous request for comment from Kennedy's reps was not answered.
