Ask and you shall receive - at least that seems to be KFC’s motto with the introduction of their latest product.

Dubbed the fast food giant’s ‘biggest burger ever’, KFC Australia are introducing the Triple Stacker, available exclusively though KFC’s 'secret menu'.

The Triple Stacker comes complete with not one, or two, but three chicken breast fillets, cheese, and its 'supercharged' chilli relish sauce.

Available for a limited time through the app, the burger, coated in the classic Zinger flavour, will set you back $12.45.

According to a KFC spokesperson it’s the “burger every KFC fan has been waiting for”.

But as news of the release started to spread across social media, fans had slightly mixed reactions to the huge feast.

“It looks interesting, but I doubt I could eat it as it looks way too big for me,” one person wrote online.

“Omg, I’ve died and gone to KFC heaven,” another enthusiastic eater said.

Others however were not impressed by the super-sized burger, especially given the current obesity crisis in Australia.

You can also get a Nugget burger

If the Triple Stacker is a little too adventurous for you, KFC also announced last month the introduction of everyone’s favourite 2am snack - a nugget burger.

The new chicken nugget burger - make with chicken nuggets, an Original Recipe Fillet, cheese, and supercharged sauce on a regular bun is called 'The Nug-A-Lot'.

It’s also only available on KFC's secret menu and you can get it in a meal for $8.95.

How to crack into KFC’s secret menu

If you haven’t yet worked out how to access KFC’s secret menu, there are clues hidden in the KFC app, comments on the Facebook page, KFC email newsletters and online.

An automated message on the website reveals a little more:

“This gift to the world, it’s time to bestow, solve my riddle to discover where to go, find the place in the App where the food is on show, my secret you’ll find when the Colonel says hello but make sure you keep it on the down low.”

You won’t be able to find any of the secret items without the app, so you’ll need to download that, choose your nearest store and tap ‘order’.

The trick is to drag the screen down when the menu appears. That way you find cartoon Colonel Sanders. Hold the screen for 11 seconds and you’ll see the secret menu pop up.
