Keke Palmer Channels Vampy Winter Glam in Semi-sheer Maroon
On Wednesday, Keke Palmer embraced one of her go-to styles in a semi-sheer maxidress during her visit to the Sirius XM studios as part of her media tour promoting her new memoir, “Master of Me.”
She wore a slightly sheer, body-hugging maroon long-sleeve dress with a subtle sheen. She cinched the sultry silhouette at the waist with a chunky black leather belt featuring a large gold circle buckle.

She added volume to her look with curls and ’90s-inspired wispy bangs. Her makeup was high-glam and smoldering, featuring a matching dark maroon lip. She kept her jewelry minimal, wearing just a simple ring. To complete the sultry look, she chose shiny black pointed-toe stilettos adorned with a thin black bow on the front.
Yara Shahidi joined her as a guest at the Sirius XM studio. The “Grownish” actress was wearing a cozy high-collared zip-up sweater with grey and black vertical stripes, over baggy gray and black checkered slacks. A pair of bold red pointed-toe pumped peeped out from under her pants. Shahidi had also moderated a conversation with Palmer for a recent book event at Harvard University.
After Palmer’s Sirius XM appearance, she was spotted leaving the recording studio. She had put on a matching dark maroon overcoat that flared out at the bottom, and she was holding a black Yves Saint Laurent leather purse.
Palmer has embraced sheer and sultry styles while promoting “Master of Me.” On Tuesday, she appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in a fitted, button-down maxidress with long sleeves from Sonia Rykiel’s fall 2024 collection, featuring intricate lacework and semi-sheer fabric.
Palmer’s memoir “Master of Me,” released by Macmillan Publishers on Nov. 19, chronicles her journey from a young child star — rising to fame with films like “Barbershop 2” and “Akeelah and the Bee” — to becoming a singer, multiple Emmy winner and single mother.
