British model Katie Price has bought herself some time to sort out her financial woes, avoiding bankruptcy if she pays her debts within the next 12 weeks.

The TV star — who at one point was estimated to be worth $75 million — has admitted to be struggling for cash recently, listing her $3.5 million mansion for sale as well as an $175k Audi sports car she bought for ex husband Kieran Hayler.

But it seems she’s desperately trying to hold onto her lifestyle, after she submitted an application to the court to allow her pay off her creditors with a payment plan yesterday.

According to court documents, the business woman — who has made money from perfume lines, book deals and even an equestrian range — has racked up a host of unpaid costs totalling around $39,000 dating back to more than a year.

Now she’s due to appear in court on October 30, where the outcome will be based on whether she’s managed to pay back the money she owes or not.

The mum of five has hinted on social media that the reason for her sudden financial drama is because of Kieran — who she reportedly dumped after she discovered he was cheating.

A few days ago she shared a photo of one of the many headlines about her money problems, with the words “Pricey pays for him again” written over the top.

However in 2016, the glamour model admitted she was bad with money during a seminar about self-help.

“Some people are very careful and they plan for the future or they pay their bills on time. I don’t. I have bailiffs at my door all the time.”
