Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt Welcome Baby No. 3

On Nov. 8, Katherine Schwarzenegger gave birth to her third child with her husband, Chris Pratt. The new baby joins their two daughters, Lyla and Eloise. Pratt is also a father to an older son, Jack, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.

The exciting news was announced in a joint Instagram post by the couple on Nov. 11.

"We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt," they wrote next to a pale blue circle with a scalloped edge that said the baby's name and birthday.

"Mama and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful," the celebrity couple continued before signing off with "Love, Katherine and Chris."

Fans and famous friends alike congratulated the happy family, with Emma Heming Willis writing, "Congratulations!!! 💙💙💙💙💙💙," and Patrick Schwarzenegger, Katherine's brother, commenting, "❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️."

Schwarzenegger's pregnancy was first reported in late June 2024, although the couple didn't confirm the news until the next month when Pratt shared a photo showing off his wife's growing baby bump.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger started dating in 2018, after the actor separated from Faris at the end of 2017. The divorce was finalized in October 2018, and Pratt and Schwarzenegger didn't wait long to get married, tying the knot in June of the next year.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Lyla, on Aug. 10, 2020, with Pratt sharing a photo of her little hand and writing, "We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed."

Pratt and Schwarzenegger's second child, a daughter named Eloise, was born on May 21, 2022. Since then, the couple has occasionally shared updates about their home life, with Schwarzenegger revealing peeks at her day-to-day life with her little girls while still keeping everything quite private.

While Pratt continues to work as a busy actor, recently starring in major films like The Super Mario Bros. Movie and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Schwarzenegger hosts the podcast BDA Baby (Before, During and After Baby) and has written several books and works with various charity organizations.
