Now Kate Middleton is proving her fondness for getting plenty of wear out of clothes extends to her children as well, with her youngest Prince Louis just days old and already relegated to his older siblings hand-me downs.
While the world cooed over adorable baby photos taken by proud mum Kate and released to celebrate Louis’ birth last month, there were a few details that didn’t go unnoticed by royal watchers.
In a candid snap of Prince Louis taken at Kensington Palace showing him sitting up against some pillows, Kate and Wills’ third bub is seen wearing a white jumper – one that’s exactly the same as one Princess Charlotte wore in her first official photos.

The white jumper by Spanish brand Irulea was reportedly a present from the mum of their children’s nanny.
And Prince Louis’ not the only one being forced to wear hand-me-downs.
In another gorgeous snap showing Princess Charlotte tenderly kissing her new brother on the forehead, the three-year-old’s blue cardigan has previously been seen before.
Prince George ore the distinctive patterned cardigan in two years ago in a photo taken by Annie Leibovitz, and released to commemorate the Queen’s 30th birthday.
With little Louis no doubt next in line to wear the cardigan once Charlotte grows out of it, designers are ecstatic that their creation is making headlines again.
“We couldn’t be happier to see little Princess Charlotte wearing the same cardigan Prince George once wore,” designer Ana Pérez told PEOPLE.
“It is a huge pleasure to be among the brands in their wardrobe.”
