SX CHAMPION JUSTIN COOPER PARTNERS WITH HJC HELMETS FOR 2025 SUPERCROSS SEASON

We’re thrilled to announce that HJC is stepping up into the adrenaline-fueled world of Supercross, proudly welcoming our newest sponsored rider, Justin Cooper, back to the HJC family. This marks a true homecoming, as the former 2021 250SX West Champion reunites with HJC for the upcoming 2025 season—nearly 20 years since he first sported an HJC helmet, the classic CLX4C, as a young rider.

Since turning pro in 2017, Justin has carved out a reputation as a standout racer with Factory Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing, boasting numerous wins and a Supercross championship. His tenacity and skill on the track have cemented him as one of the sport’s elite riders.

In the 2024 season, Justin secured a 6th place finish in Supercross, 4th in Pro Motocross, and 8th overall in the SMX playoffs. As we move toward 2025, Justin will debut our latest off-road helmet, the HJC RPHA 01X Carbon, a helmet designed with cutting-edge technology to support his pursuit of excellence and showcase our dedication to creating the best in rider protection and performance.

The RPHA 01X, HJC’s newest addition to our off-road lineup, is a carbon fiber marvel that combines lightweight durability with advanced protective features. It meets DOT and ECE 22.06 standards, includes emergency cheek pads for enhanced safety, and offers riders an adjustable visor and customizable cheek pads for a truly premium and comfortable riding experience. Set to launch in 2026, the RPHA 01X represents the next generation of helmet innovation.

Justin Cooper shares his enthusiasm: “Partnering with HJC is an incredible opportunity for me. They’re an iconic brand with a long legacy at the highest levels of motorcycle racing, including MotoGP. It feels a bit like coming home, remembering my early years wearing HJC helmets in amateur competitions. Fast forward to today, and I’m genuinely impressed by the comfort and performance of their new RPHA 01X. I’m excited to work together to reach new heights and bring HJC back to the top step in Supercross and Motocross.”

With Justin fresh off an impressive year in both Supercross and Motocross, anticipation is high for the upcoming season. His track record as a 250SX West Champion speaks volumes about his skill and determination. Beyond the track, Justin embodies the qualities of a top ambassador, making him a perfect fit for the HJC family.
