Jordyn Blum 'Doesn't Trust' Dave Grohl After He Welcomed Baby Outside of Marriage: 'It's Been Rough' (Exclusive Source)
The Foo Fighters rocker revealed in September that he'd welcomed a child outside of his marriage
Jordyn Blum, wife of Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, is picking up the pieces.
In September, Grohl, 55, revealed that he had welcomed a child outside their 21-year marriage. Now, “Jordyn is focused on her own life and her girls," a source tells PEOPLE of Blum, 48, who shares three daughters with Grohl, Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
"It’s been rough for her. Her mind is not on her marriage though. She doesn’t trust Dave. She’s not wearing her wedding ring," the source adds of Blum. "She’s leaning on a group of girlfriends. She feels lucky to be surrounded by love and support."
Blum and a rep for Grohl did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment
Like Blum, Grohl was recently spotted sans his wedding ring when he stepped out to run errands in L.A.'s Encino neighborhood on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
On Sept. 10, Grohl announced in a statement posted to Instagram that he had welcomed "a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage" with another woman.
"I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness," he wrote in his statement.
At the time, a separate source confirmed to PEOPLE that Grohl had retained a divorce lawyer before sharing the baby news.
Grohl and Blum married in 2003. The pair have not publicly addressed the state of their marriage, but multiple sources recently told PEOPLE that Blum, co-founder of an interior design firm, has known “for a while” about the baby.
"She was shocked when she found out about the baby," another Blum friend recently told PEOPLE. "Her friends are like family, and they rallied around her."
Before Grohl announced his baby news, the Foo Fighters were slated to perform at Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Conn., on Sept. 29. The band pulled out of their slot three days prior to the event and were replaced in the lineup by Jack White.
