Jodi flies solo at first Melbourne Cup since split

Jodi Anasta was pretty in pink as she attended her first Melbourne Cup since splitting with husband Braith last year.

The Neighbours actress shared a photo to Instagram on Tuesday morning as she got ready for the race day at Flemington, showing off her baby pink dress with flared sleeves.

She also opted to forgo a traditional oversized hat or detailed fascinator in favour of a mauve bow in her hair.

The Myer Ambassador and former NRL star Braith ended their three-year marriage in December last year. The couple are proud parents to two-year-old Aleeia and remain friends in an effort to co-parent their daughter.

Braith spoke exclusive to Be at this year's Dally M Awards and revealed that he and his ex-partner have no issues when it comes to their relationship.

“The amazing part is Jodi and I are 50/50 split down the line, there is no animosity there, we get along really well and Aleeia sees that and sees that we are still friends," he said.

"It’s a good relationship and it’s a happy one. All we can do is try and give Aleeia the best upbringing that we can and I think we are doing that.”

The Fox Sports personality also revealed he has Aleeia a majority of the time while Jodi splits her time between Sydney and Melbourne, adding how much he is loving fatherhood and watching his little girl grow up.

"I have her every week, Monday to Friday, I’m a lucky dad and she’s amazing, she’s a beautiful girl who is growing up quick so I’m a very very lucky,” Braith told Be.
