Former Sydneysider Greta was hitchhiking with a friend in 1971 when Milat picked them up. After driving off the main highway, Milat stopped his car, pulled out two knives and tied the women up, raping one of them. In a horrifying ordeal, “He said he would kill us unless we had sex with him,” says Greta. “He said if I didn't do what he ordered he would cut my throat.”
