There are some things that do make even the youngest at heart feel very old in a matter of seconds.

From the reemergence of Eminem’s daughter Hayley as a fully fledged adult, to Steve Irwin’s kids growing up, and now Jerry Seinfeld’s daughter is here to make you feel like a certified dinosaur.

Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld have defied Hollywood statistics with their 20 year marriage, and now they’re proving they are the every-parents we always suspected, posting gushy celebrations of their eldest child’s prom.

Sascha Seinfeld was the adorable little girl by her famous dad’s side throughout the early 2000’s, but these days she’s looking every bit the grown up lady celebrating the end of high school.

She shared two slightly different snaps of every teen’s most special night, one a picture-perfect snap, the other a hilarious photobomb moment.

Pictured with her boyfriend, Sascha looks relaxed and happy which might have something to do with comments her dad made at a charity gala last month.

“I hated those dads when I was a kid dating and you would go to a girl’s house and the father would be so mean and I don’t want to be that guy,” he said.

“You feel those feelings. You feel possessive and protective but I refuse to be one of those disapproving dads.”

School’s out

The couple’s daughter also celebrated her 18th earlier in the year, meaning as a US citizen she’s now eligible to vote, but not to drink - she’ll have to wait until she’s 21 for that one.

Though fresh-faced, Sascha has changed a lot from the little girl we used to see peeping from behind her parent’s legs.

The parents also shared a heartwarming snap of Saschas’s graduation from her $50,000 a year all girls private school, Chapin college in New York City.

Dressed in a white off the shoulder gown, Sascha graduated in an elegant ceremony accompanied by 60 classmates also dressed in white gowns for the occasion.

The young woman’s college plans aren’t yet known, but if some of the famous faces she’s crossed paths with have rubbed off it’s a sure bet she’s going on to great things.

Fans of Jerry will remember Sascha’s rare appearances on red carpets, where her adorably innocent air endeared her to onlookers everywhere.

Even as an adult Sascha appears unaffected by the fame she grew up adjacent too.

Not just the offspring of a world famous comedian, Sascha’s mum Jessica is an admired author of cookbooks.

Her first book Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food, aimed to help parents provide unsuspecting kids with wholesome, healthy food, even suggesting parents conceal veggies.

It looks like all that good food and nurturing has paid off as the couple’s eldest daughter becomes and adult in her own right.
