On Wednesday, several publications, including TMZ and People, published photos of the costars kissing and hugging while standing on a street in Los Angeles.
They were dressed casually, and TMZ reported cameras weren't in sight around them, meaning they may not have been shooting a scene for the series.

The potential for an off-screen romance is notable as the two actors played love interests in the second season of The Bear. Jeremy stars on the show as Carmy Berzatto, the head chef of an Italian beef restaurant in Chicago.
Molly plays Claire, a childhood friend of Carmy's-turned-doctor who returns to his life as an adult. Molly has appeared as Claire in Seasons 2 and 3 of the show.
Earlier this month, Jeremy won his second Best Actor Emmy for his role on the show, having also won the year prior.
They both, alongside the show's main cast, received Screen Actors Guild awards for Season 2 in February.
It should be noted that neither Jeremy nor Molly have spoken about the photos or any sort of off-screen relationship.
Still, the potential for a real-life romance would be notable as Jeremy was linked to Rosalía as recently as July, though neither publicly confirmed a relationship.
BuzzFeed has reached out to representatives for Jeremy and Molly for comment.
