The Mother actress put on a dazzling display for a night out, taking to Instagram to show off her ensemble with a series of photos and videos.

In the new footage, shared on Sunday, Dec. 8, Lopez showed off no shortage of skin while wearing a curve-hugging backless sequin gown. The slinky black garb also featured major cutouts in the bust and side areas, a long slit up the back, and a string halter neck.

A video clip posted to the social media platform finds the 55-year-old defying age once again as she uses a hallway as her personal catwalk, owning her energy and confidently transforming the space around her into a fashion show. She accessorized the look with a simple black clutch and matching mule heels.

For beauty, the longtime actress wore her brown/honey-blond hair in loose waves, with the top half pulled back. Lopez's makeup was neutral and shimmery for the occasion.

Fans in the comments section raved over her glamorous outfit and attitude, as she has made several solo appearances amid the divorce from her estranged husband, Ben Affleck.
