Body found in search for Megan Gale's brother, Jason Gale

Police believe they have found the body of Jason Gale, the older brother of Australian supermodel Megan Gale.

Mr Gale’s vehicle was spotted by a member of the public earlier on Tuesday in Ashendon, a WA Police statement said.

“A search of the area was commenced and the body of a deceased person, believed to be Mr Gale, was located,” the statement read.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious.”

Mr Gale was last seen on July 14 at a petrol station in Pingelly 160km from Perth. He was reported missing from his home in Bibra Lake, Perth, last Tuesday.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
