While Jamie didn't state a specific mistake, her answer was still incredibly honest...and helpful.

"Here's what I'll tell you: I'm sober 25 years," she said. "I made mistakes in my life. There's no question."

She then imparted some much-needed wisdom. "You know, the great thing about mistakes is when you take responsibility for them. That's the goal," she said. "To me, every human being makes [mistakes]. We're human. We make mistakes; we're contradictory; [and] we're flawed. We are challenged people because we're trying to do...often we do something and say another. We're contradictory."

"But to me the great thing of mistakes is when you own it and the freedom of being able to say I blew it or I made a terrible mistake or little mistake and take responsibility and move on," she continued.

"It's not the specific mistake. It's how you handle the mistake," she said.
