People Are Getting Emotional Over Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's Sad Response To Being Asked If He Has "Fun"

You don't have to know Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson well to understand the man works hard. He has a booming acting career, with two movies in theaters and 11 in production, all while juggling family, the WWE, and working with various charities.

Well, recently, in an interview on Complex's 360 with Speedy, Dwayne was asked about his work ethic and whether he ever has 'fun.'"

"You, if I'm honest, don't seem to have a lot of fun," host Speedy Morman said, admitting he'd researched Dwayne for the interview, while Dwayne laughed. "Like, when I watch your stuff, it seems like of the 365 days, we, on Instagram or any social media, have not seen a single day off, we've not seen a missed workout, we've not seen a parking ticket even," Speedy noted. He then asked, "Do you have fun? Do you enjoy this?"

"Man, I love this question," Dwayne replied, getting serious. "I have fun. You just don't see it a lot." He explained that his online content is mostly curated around his work because his audience "respond[s]" best to it, though, at the same time, he seemed unclear about the meaning of fun. "Like, what do you do for fun?" Speedy repeated. "Like, I've seen you fish twice, maybe, and it's at your cribs. Like, you don't even leave."

"No," Dwayne confessed, laughing uncomfortably. "Yeah, that's the thing," he continued. "I gotta think about that."

After the interview, Dwayne said Speedy's question made him realize he needed to have more fun — and this week, he did just that by spending some well-deserved personal time at home.

Taking to Instagram, Dwayne shared a video of him relaxing and said, "Puttin' my 👣 up. I'm learning how to stop and do this more."

He also told Speedy in the comments that he was the one who motivated him to do it.
