Inside Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's Family Life as She Prepares for New Album: 'He's Her Biggest Fan' (Exclusive)
"He loves how hard working and focused she is," a source tells PEOPLE about Affleck's support for his wife
Jennifer Lopez is thriving, and husband Ben Affleck couldn’t be more proud.
Ahead of Lopez’s ninth album release on Feb. 16, the superstar, 54, is enjoying married life. A source tells PEOPLE the singer is also relishing her creative freedom.
"It’s been the perfect time to focus on a new album. She’s loved creating new music. She’s very excited [about] it," the source tells PEOPLE.
The source adds: “Ben’s proud of her. He’s her biggest fan. He loves how hard working and focused she is.”

The holidays gave the couple, who rekindled their relationship in 2021 and got married in July 2022, the chance to enjoy quality family time. The source says they had a great Christmas together and their family has blended smoothly.
“Their family life is great too,” they tell PEOPLE. "The kids are all friends. They get along really well."

At the beginning of January, Lopez dropped her single “Can’t Get Enough,” along with the music video ahead of her This is Me… Now record. She said in a YouTube Live that she loves the song because of its upbeat vibe and its nod to Affleck, 51.
"So when we first heard this song, everyone just knew that this was the one to launch This Is Me…Now," added the star. "It has an energy, it has a happiness to it, and you feel it all."

When the singer needed advice for the visual, Lopez said she went to the Gone Girl star.
"Not that he’s ever really made videos or anything like that, but I just trust his opinion and his ideas," she explained. "Nobody kind of knows my story or me more than he does. I really feel like he gets me and he understands me, obviously."
"All of you have been following my journey, and I think you’ve seen me," Lopez told fans during the YouTube live stream. "What I wanted to tell everybody with the album... is true love actually exists."
