Inside AFL star Jack Viney and Charlotte Ennels' wedding

AFL star Jack Viney and Charlotte Ennels tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony over the weekend, surrounded by family and friends in what was “the best day of our lives”.

“It was absolutely picturesque,” the Melbourne Football Club star’s new wife Charlotte tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “Everything we’d hoped for it to be and more!”

The couple got married at the Mitchelton Winery just out of Nagambie on the Goulburn river, and after plenty of preparation, Charlotte was stoked “everything went to plan”.

“A lot of time and planning went into my two amazing gowns for our wedding day,” she also explains.

The brunette stunned in a gorgeous bespoke Oglialoro Couture dress for her walk down the aisle, after five fittings in the lead up to the big day.

“My first gown was constructed with Italian silk faille,” she revealed.

“It was fully hand beaded with details in tiny mirror backed Swarovski crystals, thousands of both bugle and seed beads, hand embroidered floral stems using bullion thread and silk thread foliage.

“To add another dimension, cut-outs were strategically placed throughout the gown adding more depth and a lightness to the overall look.”

Her second gown for the reception “everything that I’d envisioned”, reveals Charlotte.

“I loved the unique shorts feature and being able to change into something for the reception that was fun and had amazing movement so we could dance all night!”

Now that they’ve tied the knot, the couple are excited for the next chapter of their lives together.

“Married life is so good!” gushes Charlotte.

“A lot of things to do now such as changing my name and we’re very excited to sit back and look over photos and videos so that we can reminisce after such an amazing day.

But the newlyweds won’t be too far from the footy field, with Charlotte revealing it’s “straight back into training for Jack for now though”.
