New House Rules host ties the knot in stunning Aussie designer gown

New House Rules host Abbey Gelmi has tied the knot to Sky Racing presenter Ben Way in a lavish ceremony in Adelaide Hills.

Taking to her Instagram account, Abbey posted a series of stunning snaps to her social media account showing off her breathtaking dress by Pallas Couture, which featured cap sleeves and was adorned with decorative flowers.

Abbey finished off the look with a bouquet of simple white roses, a single tier veil and a pair of bedazzled Christian Louboutin heels.

“Best day of my life. I love you so much,” Abbery captioned her snaps on Instagram, showing the couple kissing at Lot 100 in the Adelaide Hills.

The wedding venue was decorated with an ornate flower arch, complete with streams of flowing white orchids.

“Walking down the aisle and seeing him at the end waiting for me was just something I’ll never forget,” Abbey told The Advertiser.

Despite scattered rain showers falling in the morning, it didn’t put a dampener on Abbey and Ben’s big day.

“It was absolutely perfect. As someone who’s always dreamed of this day and what it would be like, it was just so much more than that,” she said.

A host of celebs made their way to Adelaide for the nuptials, including Home And Away actress Sam Frost and Weekend Sunrise star Matt Doran, who acted as MC for the couple.

Abbey’s fiance, Ben, popped the question last December at North Bondi, after asking two strangers nearby to take photos so he could document the whole thing.

The pair had been dating for three years, after meeting while they were both working at Fox Sports.

Abbey was recently revealed as the new co-host of Channel Seven’s House Rules, alongside Jamie Durie.

It comes after the shock resignation of popular presenter Johanna Griggs, who had been at the helm of the show for the past seven seasons.
