Help - Channel 4 - 9pm
It's a one-off feature drama rather than a series, but Help looks set to be one of the stand-out TV moments of 2021.
Help stars Jodie Comer as a new carer and Stephen Graham as one of the patients she is looking after in a residential home when the pandemic strikes in spring 2020.
The story may be fictional, but it's a representation of so many of the situations that played out over the past two years, so expect raw emotion and difficult scenes.
All Creatures Great and Small - Channel 5 - 9pm
If cosy drama is more your scene, switch over to Channel 5 for the second series of the rebooted All Creatures Great and Small.
James and Helen are feeling a little awkward about her called off wedding last series and the lack of progression between them since.

Patrick Kielty: One Hundred Years of Union - BBC One - 9pm
TV presenter Patrick Kielty explores the effects of a new trade border in the Irish Sea and the turmoil it could reignite as the hundredth anniversary of the Union dawns.
It's 25 years since the Troubles ended, but Kielty investigates the latest unrest and the potential consequences of it.
Emmerdale - ITV - 7pm
Emotions are at fever pitch in tonight's Emmerdale as April's social media tormentor is finally revealed to her.
The storyline has seen April's mental health destroyed, so when she discovers Cathy was behind the trolling, their respective grown-ups can't help but get dragged into things too.
Your Garden Made Perfect - BBC Two - 8pm
Liked Your Home Made Perfect? Then you'll love this new outdoors-based spin on the home makeover show presented by Angela Scanlon.
Just like the homes show, it uses virtual reality to see the differences various experts could make to garden owners before they choose who to go with and get on with the redesign.
