A bride has shared the heartwarming moment she posed in her wedding dress for her grandmother, who wasn't able to make it to her wedding.

"My grandmother is one of the strongest women I know, and I cherish every moment with her," newlywed Colti Smith captioned a video she shared on TikTok featuring her 93-year-old grandmother.

"Isn't she beautiful," she added in the clip, before explaining: "She wasn't able to make it to my wedding because of the distance.

"So I brought my dress to my home town and tried it on just for her.

"I will cherish these pictures for the rest of my life."

The bride from New Mexico has been sharing moments from her wedding on her TikTok account and receiving plenty of love for her dress.

"OMG your dress is gorgeous," one follower commented on another clip.

"I've got to see more of your dress," another said.

It comes after another sweet moment went viral recently when a bride shared how her dad asked her stepdad to join them as they walked down the aisle on her wedding day.

Kelsey posted the sweet clip on TikTok last month and it also went viral, with people calling the gesture 'precious' and 'selfless'.

"I’ve been so surprised that the video did so well, but I’m so happy it’s about my amazing dad and step dad," Kelsey told Yahoo Lifestyle at the time.
