New Website Lets You Find Out If Your Partner Is On Tinder

If it seems like everyone is on Tinder lately, it’s probably because they are – regardless of whether they’re in a relationship or not.

But a new website called Swipe Buster is allowing people to weed out the cheaters. For the princely sum of $5, you can find out whether your partner is swiping left and right simply by entering their name, age, gender and closest location.

While some have criticised the website, calling it an invasion of privacy, it’s not technically breaking any privacy laws.

A Tinder spokesman said all the data is public information – and, naturally, it recommends downloading the Tinder app itself to find out who’s on there.

“If you want to see who’s on Tinder we recommend saving your money and downloading the app for free,” the company said.

Considering websites such as Ashley Madison, which promotes extra-marital affairs, have been hacked in the past, it’s probably high time we all realised that nothing on the internet is private.

Or, perhaps it’s time to go back to basics and actually break up with your partner before you cheat on them? Food for thought.
