Claire Turnbull, author of Feel Good for Life, is passionate about helping people live a healthy life. The five ingredients that are always in her fridge include:

- Free range eggs
- Unsweetened yoghurt
- Nuts and seeds – mainly walnuts, almonds, cashews and brazils, sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed and LSA
- Mustard - it is great to use in dressings to add salty flavour without adding salt
- Cottage cheese – you can’t see it in the picture (below) but it is at the back

Her go-to quick dinner recipe?
"An omelette, because you can put in a couple of eggs, any vegetables you have in (or use up leftovers), top with a little cheese, serve with a quick salad and you’re good to go!"
