    All depends on your diet and exercise routine. My partner just made lunch - delicious thin slices of beef, tomato, cooked in their own juices with side dishes of rice together with some other vegs. Delicious ! Now comes the best of the lot - bedroom for desert and exercise. :-)

    No such thing as an "overeating addiction". Either you have self-discipline, or you don't. No excuses. 100% YOUR responsibility / YOUR fault. Survival of the fittest.
