Caffeine

Sorry coffee lovers, but a Swedish study found that women who drank three or more cups of coffee had breasts 17 percent smaller than those who drank less than this.

It’s believed too much caffeine can impact your body’s hormones, which can affect your cleavage.

“Drinking coffee can have a major effect on breast size,” said Helena Jernstrom, who led the study. “Coffee-drinking women do not have to worry their breasts will shrink to nothing overnight. They will get smaller, but the breasts aren't just going to disappear.”

Sex

So you and your fella indulged in some frisky fun before heading out to dinner – and all of a sudden your top is clinging in ways it’s never clung before?

Experts say sex can increase your breast size by 20 to 25 percent, thanks to the increased blood flow that occurs during arousal.

Sleep style

In the same way you know running a marathon bra-less is a bad idea, here’s another must-do to prevent sagginess – sleep on your back.

Get into good habits now to protect your boobs long term, with back sleeping helping to support your breasts.

Side sleepers and those who snooze on their tums, it’s time to kick the habit. Over long periods of time, experts say these positions can put pressure on your chest and cause ligaments and skin to stretch.
