This woman's pushup routine is insane
Meet Olympia Fitness champion Adela Garcia.
Unsatisfied with a regular pushup routine, she pushes her presses to the limit with a crazy modification.
And this is her first time doing them after coming back from a shoulder injury...
"After my shoulder injury, I had to take a break from my signature push-ups!," she posted on Instagram. "First time doing them in a while..."
