Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend arrested over domestic violence allegations

Nashville star Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend has been arrested in LA over an alleged incident of domestic violence.

Brian Hickerson was arrested in the early hours of Thursday morning according to County Sheriff’s Department records cited by Page Six.

The boyfriend to the golden-globe nominee was reportedly released on a $50,000 bond the same afternoon.

TMZ reports the pair were drinking at their home in Hollywood before getting into a messy fight, following which Brian was apprehended by police.

The pair have been dating since last year, after the actress split from Wladimir Klitschko with whom she shares a daughter.

The former child-star is best known for her starring role in Nashville, and earlier roles in Heroes, Remember the Titans and Bring it On: All or Nothing.

She has spoken candidly about her battle with post-partum depression following the birth of her daughter Kayla.

It is unclear when Brian will face court.
