The boy was in love with the daughter of the baron who owned the property but she was forced to marry another man, and the boy hanged himself the day of the wedding. Banff Springs Hotel, Canada
The Banff Springs Hotel is a former railroad hotel of the Canadian Pacific Railway in the Banff National Park in Canada. Now known as Canada’s “Castle in the Rockies”, the luxury mountain resort is said to be haunted by the spirits of two women. According to the legend, a man murdered his wife and daughter in room 873. After this terrible event, the door was walled up, but the spirits of the mother and daughter are still haunting the corridor and the clients can hear screams in the corridors. Villisca Ax Murder House, Iowa
