Gwyneth Paltrow's 'Mom Group Texts' Were 'on Fire' About Those Photos of Her Kissing Timothée Chalamet
Gwyneth Paltrow and Timothée Chalamet were photographed kissing while filming a scene for their upcoming movie
Gwyneth Paltrow caused quite a stir after photos of her and Timothée Chalamet kissing while filming their new movie came to light.
During Paltrow's Nov. 21 appearance on The Tonight Show, host Jimmy Fallon pulled out photos of the costars locking lips while they filmed Marty Supreme in New York City in October.
"Yeah, that was bad," the actress, 52, said, as Fallon, 50, displayed one of the photos.
"It's just like, you're trying to have this scene and you know it's a private moment, and then there are paparazzi," Paltrow added, when asked if she received a barrage of messages when the photos went public. "All my mom group texts were like, 'Oh my God!' They were on fire."

It was first reported in August that Paltrow was joining Chalamet, 28, in Marty Supreme's cast. She last appeared on the big screen in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.
Paltrow told Fallon that her brother Jake, 49, convinced her to take a role in Marty Supreme because he admires director Josh Safdie, known best for co-directing 2017's Good Time and 2019's Uncut Gems with his brother Benny Safdie.
"Actually it was my brother, because I've sort of not done a lot of films recently and I've been focused on my business and Goop and this movie came up," she said, when Fallon remarked that he heard Paltrow's daughter Apple, 20, convinced her to take the part.
"My brother, who's a filmmaker, was like 'this is a great director and you should meet with him,' and I did, and he was so nice. And when Apple found out Timothée Chalamet was in it, that sealed the deal."
Paltrow previously spoke to working with Chalamet during a Nov. 1 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, where she called Chalamet "such a wonderful young man."
"Really, he's very polite, very talented, just so nice to be with," she said. "I'm really having a good time with him."
On Instagram Nov. 14, Paltrow shared photos from her time making the movie in New York City, writing, "From late nights on set and unforgettable dinners with friends, to the coziest weekend getaways, swoon-worthy interiors, and a few lovely surprises in between – relishing every minute in NY."
