Guy Fieri Treats Fans to ‘Hilarious’ Fake Photos of Himself Competing at the Olympics
Fans are getting a kick out of a series of photos that imagined what it might look like if Guy Fieri were to compete in a handful of sporting events at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.
The celebrity chef shared the fake images on social media on Thursday, Aug. 8, just a few days before the Summer Games would end.
The first image included in Fieri’s four-part Instagram carousel showed his head superimposed over the body of a track and field athlete wearing a Team USA uniform. In the photo, it looked as if Fieri, 56, was in the process of leaping into the air while competing in the pole vault.

The second image showed a different angle of Fieri’s head superimposed over a swimmer’s body as the muscled athlete appeared to celebrate a moment of victory in the pool. A pair of black swim goggles had been thoughtfully added onto Fieri’s forehead, making it look like he had just pushed them away from his eyes onto his signature spiky hair.
The third fake photo made it look like Fieri was competing on the rings for Team USA during a gymnastics competition. The series ended with an image of Fieri wearing sunglasses, his head superimposed over the body of a Team USA soccer player who dribbled on a grassy field.
“Flavortown bringing home the gold 🥇 #olympics,” said the Instagram caption, which the Food Network star’s Flavortown brand also shared on the social media platform.
Several fans of the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host posted laughing emojis in the comment section, with many praising the “hilarious” images.
“That is priceless 🤙🤣,” one fan laughed.
“They look so real!!!❤👏,” another fan applauded as one person guessed, “Love this!! AI?”
“I could see the first one being real,” one fan commented.
“Is there anything you can’t do @guyfieri 😮😂,” another fan wrote.
Several celebrities, including Fieri, have attended Olympic competitions as spectators in Paris since the Summer Games officially began on July 26. This weekend will mark the end of this year’s competitions, with the Closing Ceremony scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 11.
