It’s time to go nuts for doughnuts because Friday June 1 marks National Doughnut Day.

To celebrate such a glorious occasion, we’ve rounded up the best deals and freebies to make sure you doughnut miss out.

Krispy Kreme

Having learnt from last year that 30,000 doughnuts simply wasn’t enough, Krispy Kreme is now giving away 50,000 doughnuts!

All you need to do is make sure you visit a Krispy Kreme store in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and ask for your free original glazed doughnut.

Deliveroo are all over it, giving away 1 cent doughnuts across Sydney and Melbourne with free delivery.

Melbourne Deliveroo customers can snap up a three pack of classic loukoumades soaked in
honey and cinnamon from dessert bar Lukumades available from 6pm. See the menu here. 

While Sydney Deliveroo customers must be quick as stocks are limited to order a free mini pack of snickers doughnuts from doughnut cafe Loukoumades available from 3pm. See menu here.

Have a bit of fun with this Nutie Donuts deal: Order two dozen doughnuts within the CBD and you’ll get free delivery with a twist. As part of a game of Hottie or Nottie, you will either have a six-pack-clad Footy player from the GWS Giants deliver your doughnuts or a guy with a ‘dad bod’.

7-Eleven – Australia-wide

While they may not be free, 7-Eleven have have teamed up with Krispy Kreme for something a little special, and the result is Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme doughnuts that are a sugar overload.

You’ll want to get in quick because these are a limited edition range that and you’ll have the choice of a doughnut dipped or filled with the goodness of chocolate truffle, white chocolate and Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme pieces.

Pick them up at 7-Eleven and Krispy Kreme stores individually for $3.50, or a four pack for $12.00.
