Friends: The Reunion has become the most watched show in Sky One’s history.
A whopping 5.3 million viewers tuned in to see Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer and co reunite on screen 17 years after the hit comedy wrapped in 2004.
The one-off special - available on Sky and streaming service NOW - had the second biggest audience ever across Sky’s portfolio of entertainment channels. It was only pipped to the top spot by the final series of Game Of Thrones.
It was also the most-watched piece of content in the first 24 hours from release in NOW’S history.
Friends: The Reunion saw Aniston, Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry return to the iconic comedy’s original soundstage where they reflected on their 10 years on the show.
The six stars explored the set, took part in a table read and revealed what really went on during the takes and off camera.
There were also appearances from some of the much-loved supporting cast, including Gunther actor James Michael Tyler and Maggie Wheeler, who played Chandler’s on/off love interest Janice.
She told Good Morning America: "I don't think they, any of us had any idea how emotional we would be when we walked onto the set.
"To see it exactly the way it was, the - literally besides the cookie jar that Lisa took home and the neon coffee thing that Jen took. Besides that, it was exactly the same.
"And it was so emotional that we just started crying."
