Frances Abbott is living her best life

Frances Loch (nee Abbott) is living her best life, and her Instagram is sure proof of that.

The 28-year-old daughter of former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott took to Instagram this week to share snippets from her fun in the sun in Newport, Oregon.

“How much I have missed the big blue,” she captioned an image in which she soaked up the rays in a black swimsuit.

Followers praised the fitness enthusiast for her positivity online, with one commenting, “our energy is contagious. Thanks for sharing it”.

Another penned, “You are so powerful!! always a light to see (sic)”.

Last month Frances celebrated her 28th birthday, and took the opportunity to reflect on her personal growth.

“28 today,” she wrote on Instagram. “Happy being another year older and wiser Excited by how much there is to be grateful for and how much more there is to grow.”

It’s been just over a year since Frances made headlines when she got engaged to two-time Olympic rower Sam Loch after a two-week whirlwind romance, and then married three months later.

Frances and Sam met in late 2017 through a mutual friend and with both of them being keen fitness buffs, they hit it off immediately.

Frances took part in both the 'first timer' and 'sports model' categories at the Australian ICN Victorian State Titles competition in September 2017.
