Head outside with a quencher from Sydney’s Cotton Duck barman Daniel Patching.
1 kiwifruit, sliced
60 ml cloudy apple juice
20 ml fresh lime juice
60 ml soda water
1. Divide ingredients between two small glasses with ice and stir until cold.
2. Or make it a cocktail! Divide ingredients as before, but in tall glasses, replacing soda water with 30 ml each of gin and white vermouth per glass. Mix well with ice, top with a splash of sparkling wine, and put your feet up!
