Here's a tempting recipe to use for your next picnic.
1/4 fresh pineapple
1/4 honeydew melon
250g punnet strawberries
100g red grapes
14 wooden skewers
200g tub berry yogurt
1/2 cup of 60 per cent less fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons icing sugar mixture
2 tablespoons Malibu coconut-flavoured white rum
1. To make yogurt dip, blend yogurt, cream cheese, icing sugar mixture and Malibu in a food processor Pour into a bowl.
2. Chop pineapple, and melon into 3cm cubes. Thread fruit onto skewers.
3. Serve fruit kebabs with dip.
