Large green prawn tails
Olive oil

Method
Method
1. Skewer each prawn tail length ways (top to tail) through the prawn.
2. Drizzle each with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
3. Grill on a medium to hot BBQ for three minutes on each side.
4. Drizzle again with olive and a squeeze of lemon juice.
