Sweet Chilli Bean Dip

Ingredients

400g can butter beans, drained
1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 white pita pocket rounds
Carrot and celery sticks, to serve

Method

1. Place beans in a food processor with yoghurt, sauce, juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Process until smooth.

2. Cut bread into small wedges. Place in a single layer on an oven tray.

3. Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool on tray.

4. Serve dip with bread wedges, carrot and celery sticks.
