Avocado Tomato Brushcetta

Ingredients

2 avocadoes, chopped
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 loaf garlic bread slices
4 large roma tomatoes, finely chopped
Watercress, to garnish

Method

1. Combine avocados, sauce, juice, garlic and oil in a bowl. Mash until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Toast bread until golden brown on both sides.
3. Spread avocado mixture over toast. Top with tomatoes and watercress.
