Ham and Tomato Bruschetta

Greek salad with char-grilled salmon

Ingredients

4 large roma tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup drained marinated feta
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 loaf garlic bread slices
100g packet shaved ham
Fresh parsley, to garnish

Method

1. Combine tomatoes and feta in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Toast bread until golden brown on both sides. Place ham on bread slices, top with tomato mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley.
