Combination Long Soup

Ingredients

8 cups chicken stock
300g chicken or beef, thinly sliced
1 punnet baby corn, trimmed and sliced lengthways
240g instant dried ramen noodles
6 cups sliced Chinese green vegetables (such as wombok, bok choy and snow peas)
16 peeled green prawn

Method

1. In a large saucepan, bring stock to the boil. Add the chicken or beef and corn and simmer for 2 min. Add noodles, Chinese vegies and prawns and simmer for a further 3 min, or until prawns are cooked.

2. Remove from heat and season to taste with soy sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh chilli and coriander leaves.
