Ingredients

60g Flour
60g Brown sugar
½ tsp Baking powder
1 each Egg
60g Butter
60g Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa
60ml Milk
Pinch Sea salt

To finish 4 each Lindor Sea Salt Caramel
Some Caramel*Sea salt

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C2. In a bowl combine the flour, brown sugar and baking powder3. Gently melt butter and chocolate together with the milk and allow to cool4. Add the egg and cooled chocolate mixture and whisk to create a smooth batter5. Fill, lightly greased cups half way, hide a Lindor ball, some caramel and sea salt inside and top with batter6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cake is just cooked. Allow to cool7. Serve warm, topped with a little extra caramel, sea salt and crown with a Lindor Sea Salt Caramel*Caramel can be made by slowly cooking condensed milk or use tinned caramel
