Ingredients

6-8 pcs Cloves
4-5 pcs Star anise
3-4 pcs Ginger julienne
2-3 pcs Cassia bark (alternatively cinnamon)
1 tsp Brown sugar
2 pcs Lime wedges
30 ml Ginger beer
40 ml Nespresso Monsoon Malabar coffee

Method

Muddle the cloves, star anise, ginger and cassia bark. Add brown sugar, lime wedges and muddle further.

Add the ginger beer, ice and an espresso shot of the Nespresso Monsoon Malabar coffee.

Shake well then strain over ice. Serve short with a sprig of mint and coffee dust to garnish.
