Ingredients

• 2 scoops of IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea+ Brown Rice Protein- Vanilla and Lucuma Flavour
• 1TSP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Maca, Cacao and Mesquite Powder
• 3 Pitted Dates
• ½ Small Banana
• 1 cup almond or coconut milk

Method

Cut up all of the ingredients. Put all of the above ingredients in the blender with ice. Blend.
