Asian slaw

Ingredients

¼ white cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, finely sliced
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into strips
½ bunch mint, roughly chopped
½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
1 chilli, finely sliced
1 cob fresh corn kernels
100g raw peanuts, toasted
100g crispy egg noodles, deep fried until golden and crispy
200ml ZOOSH Kung Pow Sweet Chilli dressing
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, season with sea salt and serve in a bowl.

Notes

Add poached chicken, poached fish or finely sliced rare roast beef.
