Banana Pancakes

This recipe is super quick, easy and completely delish. With just three ingredients it’s also grain-free, gluten free, dairy free and free from added sugar!

Ingredients

6 eggs
2 bananas (sugar bananas work best)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg

Method

1. Pop all your ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined
2. Cook in a pan with coconut oil
3. Serve with your fave toppings. We love blueberries or strawberries and a scoop of coconut yoghurt, but they’re great plain, or with a little nut butter too.
