A healthy, simple lunchtime staple you'll keep forever!
1 spelt wrap
1/8 avocado, mashed with a little salt and pepper
1 tsp seeded mustard
60g sliced turkey breast
1 cup baby spinach leaves
¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Spread avocado and mustard on the wrap. Place turkey, spinach and cucumber on top, then tuck sides of wrap in and roll up tightly.
2 Keep fresh until lunch by wrapping in cling wrap. Slice in half to serve.
