Wake up with this deliciously healthy homemade cereal!

Ingredients

3 cups water
1 cup quinoa
1 cup grated green apple
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
4 tsps chia seeds
Milk to serve

Method

1 Bring water to the boil, add quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.

2 Add apple, vanilla and cinnamon and stir through.

3 Serve with walnuts, chia seeds and milk.
