3 cups sliced watermelon
85g feta, sliced
1 tbs honey
1 tbs mint leaves
Lime wedges, to serve
1. Layer both the sliced watermelon and feta alternately on a large serving platter.
2. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with mint and serve with lime wedges.
