A sensational seafood pasta dish that's ready in only 30 minutes!
6 tbs fresh lime juice
5 tbs fresh orange juice
4 thin spring onion greens, chopped
2 tbs seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbs dark sesame oil
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
2 large carrots, grated
230g cooked, peeled and deveined prawns, halved
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 cup coriander leaves
4 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
1. Whisk together the first 6 ingredients in a large serving bowl. Gently stir in carrots, prawns, crabmeat, mint and coriander.
2. Cook pasta as per packet directions. Drain and immediately add to serving bowl, tossing until well combined. Add 2 tbs sesame seeds, season to taste, and toss gently. Sprinkle remaining seeds on top. Serve.
