Ingredients

  • 500g beef
  • 1 410g can Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander root
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves for garnish
  1. Method

  1. Marinate beef with oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes
  2. Fry garlic in oil, add beef and remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour, leaving coriander root until last.
  3. Serve with jasmine rice. And garnish with coriander
